Our journey began at the Thai Temple Market in Los Angeles and local Thai night markets, where we introduced guests to the rich traditions of Northern Thai cuisine. What started as a small family food stand quickly became a meaningful way to connect with the community through food. Each weekend gave us the opportunity to share recipes from our hometown of Lampang and build lasting relationships with the people who supported us from the very beginning.

As more guests discovered our food, we remained committed to preserving the recipes, techniques, and traditions that inspired our family's cooking journey.
