Inspired by our family's recipes from Lampang, what began as a humble food stand at local Thai markets has grown into a welcoming restaurant dedicated to sharing the true taste of Northern Thai cuisine. From our signature Khao Soi to handcrafted Thai favorites, every dish is prepared with fresh ingredients, traditional cooking techniques, and genuine hospitality—bringing a taste of home to every guest.
From Market Stand To Restaurant
Saoha Khao Soi Thai Cuisine began at the Thai Temple Market and local Thai night markets, where our family shared the authentic flavors of Northern Thailand with the Los Angeles community.
After four years of earning the support of our guests, we proudly opened our Studio City restaurant in 2025. Rooted in our family's recipes from Lampang, every bowl reflects generations of tradition, fresh ingredients, and the warm hospitality that inspired us from the very beginning.

I just had khao soi here and it was absolutely delicious. It’s not easy to find good khao soi outside of Thailand, but this place really delivered. The curry was rich and flavorful, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the crispy topping added a great contrast. Highly recommended if you’re craving authentic Thai food.
Not many places in LA serve Northern Thai noodles, but this one stands out! The Khao Soi was creamy, rich, and full of flavor. Love it!😋 Papaya salad and BBQ pork were so good. we couldn’t stop eating. The place feels cozy and spotless. Definitely recommend!!
Excellent service! the food was simply amazing—the best Curry I've eaten in Los Angeles! I loved the flavor of the tomatoes in the Papaya salad. The staff was very friendly and the place was very clean and lovely, Perfect place to take beautiful photos and eat delicious Thai food. I really liked it so i gonna come back with my friends.
