STORY OF SAOHA
Saoha Khao Soi Thai Cuisine began not in a restaurant, but at the Thai Temple Market in Los Angeles, where we first shared our food with the community.
Our roots trace back to Lampang, a small city near Chiang Mai in Northern Thailand, where our family recipes and love for bold, comforting flavors began.
What started as a small family food stand quickly grew through passion, hard work, and the support of our customers — all centered around one dish: Khao Soi, the iconic Northern Thai curry noodle.
Today, that same spirit lives on in our restaurant.
From a temple market to our home in Los Angeles, every dish we serve carries our story, our roots, and our passion.
